Job Locations: Montgomery County and Surrounding Areas
Day Shift: Monday-Friday
Backup Care: Flexible fill-in positions for multiple families as needed.
Shift Times: 9AM-6PM

Responsibilities:

• Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities to enhance fine/gross motor skills
• Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform diaper changes
• Plan and execute indoor/outdoor activities
• Offer emotional support and encouragement for necessary tasks

Requirements:

• First Aid and CPR Training
• 3+ years of formal childcare experience
• Previous experience working with infants
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma/GED
• Excellent interpersonal skills
