Philia Home Care is currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Falls Church, offering a competitive wage of $13-16/hour. Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Follow a daily care schedule in a one-on-one relationship with clients in their homes.

• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

• Build rapport with clients through engaging conversations.

• Transport clients for errands, doctor appointments, and social activities.

• Offer companionship and basic care, maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Shifts:

• Mornings and afternoons on weekdays, weekends, or a combination of both.

• Part-time and full-time positions available.

Requirements:

• Active Virginia HHA or VA CNA license.

• 2 years or more of Home Health Aid and Caregiving experience.

• Current TB, CPR, and health screening.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Authorized to work in the US.
