Job Details: Care for the elderly in the Greater Washington DC area.
Shifts are 4-8 hours long. We are hiring for Day shift on Saturdays and Sundays 
We offer Weekend shifts for immediate fill.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Assist with ADL's to clients (bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating)
• Assist in the transport of clients for errands, doctor appointments and social activities.
• Provide companionship and basic care to clients
• Build rapport with our clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Paid training to all Care Advocates to keep up to date with the most recent Home Care practices

Requirements:

• ACTIVE DC Home Health Aide license
• 2 years or more of Home Health Aid and Caregiving care 
• COVID Vaccinated WITH Booster(s)
• Current TB, CPR, and health screen.
• Enjoy spending time with seniors!
• A professional and friendly attitude
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Work well in teams
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
