As a member of the Philia team, you'll join a community dedicated to both your well-being and that of our clients. Alongside providing companionship, your role will involve assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and managing incontinence. Additionally, you'll support with food preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation, empowering clients to thrive within their homes and communities. We approach our clients' care with the same dedication and compassion we would offer to our own family members.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

• Active MD CNA License or HHA Certification Required
• Minimum of 2 Years of Nursing Assistant Care Experience
• COVID Vaccine with Booster
• Current TB, CPR, and Health Screening
• Legal Authorization to Work in the US and Clear Background Check
• Ability to Build Rapport with Patients
• Compassionate and Caring Demeanor
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Strong Teamwork Abilities
• Immediate Availability a Plus
