Job Title: CNA/HHA/PCA - Home Care

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-time

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our dedicated team providing high-quality home care services to clients in the Northern Virginia Area!.

Requirement

• Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current TB and Health Screening
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be 21 years and older and legally eligible to work in US

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Help with mobility and transferring
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Monitor health and report any changes to the family or care team
• Assist with medication reminders and appointments
