Requirements:

• Active Virginia HHA or CNA license and PCA certificate
• 2+ years of experience in home health and caregiving.
• Current TB test, CPR certification, and Health screening.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide mobility support by helping clients move around their home and assisting with walking, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and repositioning
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, changing linens, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring meals meet dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings as needed.
• Promote client independence and dignity by encouraging participation in daily routines.

Shifts:
