About Us:
Philia Home Care is looking for compassionate, respectful, and dedicated home health aides to join our growing team of caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential services to elderly clients who are home-bound or patients managing disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other health challenges. Our ideal candidate is patient, self-sufficient, and finds fulfillment in caring for others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Run errands and provide transportation
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Offer companionship and support with various tasks

Requirements:

• Active Virginia HHA/CNA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health aid or caregiving
• Must be 21 years or older
• Current TB test, CPR certification, and health screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors
