We offer various opportunities, including full-time, part-time, permanent, and temporary positions, with competitive compensation!

Job Locations: Washington DC for DAY SHIFTS, Monday-Friday. We also offer Backup Care, a flexible fill-in option for families requiring nanny services, where you'll work with multiple families. Shift times are typically 9 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with our clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Handle diaper changes
• Organize developmentally appropriate activities focusing on fine/gross motor skills
• Plan and execute indoor/outdoor activities
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to help with necessary tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of formal childcare experience
• Previous experience working with infants
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or GED
• First Aid and CPR Training
• Three excellent references
• Excellent interpersonal skills
