As a Philia care provider, you will be joining a team that cares for you and together we will provide exceptional care to our clients. In addition to companionship, you will assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care), food prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, transportation, while empowering them to thrive in their home and community. We care for our clients as if they were an extension of our family.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Full-Time, Part-Time, 
• Day Shift available (weekday and weekends)
• Short Shifts 4-6 hours 
• Pay starting at $17-20/hour with potential to advance

REQUIREMENTS

• Active MD CNA Certificate Required or HHA DC 
• Bilingual- Spanish and English 
• 2 years of nursing assistant care is required.
• Availability to start working immediately a plus
• COVID Vaccines with Booster
• Current TB, CPR, and health screen.
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Legal to work in US and ability to pass background check.
• Ability to work well in teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
