Job Locations: Washington DC for Day Shifts (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship
• Assist with meal prep/feeding
• Diaper changes
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities, including fine/gross motor skills
• Plan and facilitate indoor/outdoor activities
• Provide emotional support and encouragement for necessary tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of formal childcare experience
• Comfortable working with various age groups: Infant, Preschool, Toddler, Grade School
• High school diploma/GED
• First Aid Training, CPR Training
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• 3 excellent references
