Job Locations: Prince George's area for DAY SHIFTS, Monday-Friday. We also offer Backup Care, a flexible fill-in option where you'll work with multiple families. Shift times are typically 9 AM to 5 or 6 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with our clients, engage in meaningful conversation, and provide companionship
• Organize and engage in developmentally appropriate activities, focusing on fine/gross motor skills
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Handle diaper changes
• Plan and execute indoor/outdoor activities
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to help with necessary tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of formal childcare experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working with infants
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or GED
• First Aid and CPR Training
• Three excellent references
