HHA, 2 years of professional caregiving, and a compassionate heart.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Assist with ADLs to clients (bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating)
• Assist in the transport of clients for errands, doctor appointments and social activities.
• Provide companionship and basic care to clients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• paid training to all Care Advocates to keep up to date with the most recent Home Care practices
• Build rapport with our clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Active DC Home Health Aide license
• Bilingual- Spanish and English
• 2 years or more of Home Health Aid and Caregiving care 
• Must be 18 years or older
• COVID Vaccinated WITH Booster(s)
• Current TB, CPR, and health screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A professional and friendly attitude
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Work well in teams
• Enjoy spending time with seniors!

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 6 hour shift
• 8 hour shifts
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekdays
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
